Terms of Use

1. General provisions
These terms of use (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the FindWorkFast platform (the “Platform”) for employers and workers. The Platform is operated by Life By You OÜ (reg. no 14362652, VAT EE102067970).
The Platform mediates offering and finding short-term jobs in Estonia. The agreement for the work is concluded directly between the employer and the worker; FindWorkFast is not a party to the relationship between them.
2. Registration and account
Users must register with an email address or via Google/Apple. Each user is responsible for the security of their account and the accuracy of their data.
Each user has one account that can be used both to post jobs and to apply for them.
3. Posting jobs and applying
Employers may create job listings free of charge and save them as drafts, specifying the category, location, dates and pricing method (fixed price, hourly rate or Offer a price). A listing is published after the service fee has been paid.
Workers apply for listings as private individuals or as companies. To apply as a company, the profile must contain the company name and registry code. With Offer a price, the worker must submit their offer before applying.
4. Service fee
The employer pays FindWorkFast a service fee of 20% of the net pay payable or expected to be payable to the worker; the service fee is shown including VAT. The service fee is paid when the listing is published.
FindWorkFast does not pay the worker. The employer pays the worker directly after the work has been done.
5. Payments and invoices
The employer can pay the service fee by card payment or by bank transfer invoice. An invoice can be downloaded for paid service fees.
6. Ratings
After the work has been done and paid for, both parties can rate each other. Giving a rating is voluntary but recommended.
7. Liability
FindWorkFast is not liable for the result or quality of the work or for the performance of obligations between the parties. The Platform mediates contact and terms of work.
Users are responsible for their activities on the Platform and must comply with Estonian law.
8. Use of data
Data processing on the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
FindWorkFast may change these Terms at any time. Users are notified on the Platform when changes take effect.
